Need to switch devices?
You're in the right place!
Enter the email address you used to register your product(s) and then click Send. We'll send you an email (generally within 15 minutes) containing:
- A download link to the installer for the current version
- Instructions for activating the product on your new device
The email will be titled “Kinoma Deactivation Request”. If you don’t receive an email within an hour, check your spam folder in case the email was incorrectly classified as spam.
If you've changed your email address since you purchased your Kinoma products, let us know and we'll update your account.
Our policy allows you to switch devices once every six months, no questions asked. If you need to switch more often than that because of special circumstances, let us know.
